This was no accident. They intentionally went to the worst part of town so that some one would attempt to mug them. When Wagner Segura came near, they knew they had their target. But when Segura did nothing they were forced to take action. They dragged him to a near by alley where they got to work.

They planted the 38 on him after he was murdered. They knew no one would think anything of a body in an alley outside of Limon, so they took him with them on the bus. It's there, on the ride back, they fabricated their story and made sure everyone knew what to say to the police.

Who were these "tourists"? None other than The A-Team! Cleaning up the mean streets of Costa Rica no matter what the cost!
