Title: Why don't the other forum layouts work?

The forum layout doesn't change after changing the layout in Profile. Is it supposed to be this way?

im familiar with this forum script...

all he has to do is upload themes and u can change them in the user profile

I disabled user style. sorry! I want everyone to see the same layout/graphix..
