I'm also thinking about building a fileserver with like 1 or 1.5tb of HD space for movies, music, all dif kinds of warez. If you have any ideas for hardware specs etc reply to this thread.

Tyler, I have like a box full of SIMM ram ranging for like 16mb to 64. If your comp takes simms I could send you out some.

Tyler, I wouldn't even bother trying to upgrade the computer you have now. I don't know how old are you but you should just save up about $1,000 and build a whole new computer. The comp you have now sounds a bit worse then the computer I bought in 96 or 97 lmfao.

nah zerg just SIMMs. when I was in HS we had a shitload of ram just laying around everywhere and I took all that I could get.

When my laptop gets sold I'm building my own desktop. Already set it up on newegg as a wishlist for $1750
