Police have identified the gunman who killed 32 people at Virginia Tech before turning the gun on himself as 23-year-old South Korean student Cho Seung-Hui. The campus is still reeling from Monday's rampage, the deadliest school shooting incident in U.S. history. School President Charles Steger called the killings "a tragedy of monumental proportions."
