My computer is screwed up. I have no option other to format. When I try to format it tells me Windows cannot find a hard disk and my only option is to restart and boot up my fudged computer. Any help? Am I formatting right?

(Windows CD in Drive)
(Restart)
(Enter to Install Windows)
(No Hard Disk Message)

Any help?

since you're going to lose everything when you format is there an option to choose to install windows again? when you go through the install you can choose if you want FAT32 or NTFS formatting.

Lol, too late. I already found and figured out what the problem was. My harddrive is a new type so I had to load its drivers before I actually selected the option to install windows. I'm on my computer right now all fresh. Anyways, thx!
