Are you sure you have the correct exe? Try re-downloading it from the SB forum.

To update your bot please take the following steps:

Step 1) Download the proper EXE for the product you are going to use the bot for.
Diablo II and Warcraft III: StealthBot v2.6R3.exe (http://www.stealthbot.net/dist/d2w3/StealthBot%20v2.6R3.exe)
YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THIS FILE EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ALREADY HAVE IT.

Step 2) Replace your old StealthBot's EXE with this new one. (Your old StealthBot EXE can be found in your StealthBot folder.)

Step 3) Remove ANY lines in your configuration file that have 'VerByte' in it.
Settings -> Edit File -> Config
Ctrl+F
Type in VerByte and hit enter, if its found delete it, repeat until none are found.

Step 4) If you are using Warcraft 3/Diablo II:
Open your config file by clicking Settings -> Edit File -> Config. Find the line [Main] and under it put:
SetBNLSServer=logon.berzerkerjbls.com

If logon.berzerkerjbls.com doesn't work for you, you can try one of the following servers as well:
SetBNLSServer=JBLS.org
SetBNLSServer=NotALoafer.JBLS.org
SetBNLSServer=hdx.jbls.org

Note: In order to make this work, you must have selected "BNLS - Battle.net Logon Server" in your Advanced Connection Settings and not "ADVANCED - Local hashing". It should be set to BNLS by default though.
