I've taken Calculus 1 and 2 and I'm currently taking Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. Linear algebra sounds like it's a pretty basic class but it is a more complex form of algebra that focuses specifically on straight lines and planes as well as matrices.

The course Differential equations is different than calculus differentials. Calc 2 is required for differential equations which  involves ODEs, PDEs, and SDEs which I'm sure you have never heard of them.

I finished Calc 1 and 2 already .. My course is "Differential Equations"
those ODEs, PDEs u said, thats exactly what we're working on right now. ordinary DEs partial DEs..  Those stuff kinda shocked me, its wayy harderrrrrr grrrr

Ah ok nvm then Zorg. Our calc 4 (at my college we do quarters so calc 1 and 2 is called 1-4) teacher taught us some PDEs ie the wave equation, heat equation, ect. and he derived them all. Needless to say we were pretty confused. But anyways back to the quarter thing, the course only lasts 7 weeks and then it's done. Have fun with your semester of it  :D
