Doesn't really matter, if blizzard see that any accounts associated with the banned ip in use but a different ip, the 2nd ip will be banned also untill the first ban is lifted. This also applys for cd keys. If you do use a proxie, use a new cd key and a new account name. Some times you get lucky and it will work for a while, other times the system catchs you right away.
