Auto Registers

I am overwhelmed by these bots auto registering. I cannot possibly remove them all now. I don't know what to do. Anybody know anything about these forums that can help me effectively remove people that register efficiently?

Theres a hack/mod that requires you to type in the char's u see in the image kinda deal. Get that mod :-)
