i hear all these crazy 1337 people talking about how the worlds going to end on 2012. so i decided to read a little bit about it, here's what i found if you're interested

the torino scale just rates the probability of an object colliding with the earth, and it's out of 10.

people are getting this mixed up with 'allignment' of the earth with the milky way, which doesnt really mean anything

the last age was called the age of water. some people are associating that with stories like the biblical flood, which a lot of old cultures around the world wrote about.

our age is the age of the jaguar. they say when a jaguar dies its body 'shivers and quakes'. so their prediction in regards to that is there will be earthquakes and volcanic activity. the end of our age comes at 2012, and it's also the end of their 26,000 year calender. it'll just restart after that. take from that whatever i guess

You idiot, astronomy and ASTROLOGY is two WAY too different things:
Astronomy is the science of the cosmos, space or the universe as you would call it; Nasa does it.
Astrology is shit like Horoscopes and shit like that; In short, it is BELIEFS BASED on the stars.
