Sig help!

Cans someone make me a sig with this picture?

Vertical: from close to the top of his head down to his belt.
Horizontally: Just enough to fit his head to the far side of the picture (or further) preferably putting him on the right side. Just add a cool background design and my bw name w/o the tag (The_S1ut) and that would be perfect.
