I worked here http://www.hillsidecountryclub.com/ for over 3 years. I still work some weekends but since I'm in college now I can't work that much. But anyways I can do pretty much all the cooking there. Sandwiches and stuff for the golfers and then fillet mignon and scrod boulibaise and shit for the fine dining. And then we do weddings and big function and other stuff like that. Oh an pasta night where we make whatever pasta you want right in front of ya. Fun times.
